Conditional Sentences (Kalimat Bersyarat)

baik main clause maupun sub clause selalu menggunakan "If"

Condotional Sentenses memiliki tiga (3) jenis type yaitu
1. Conditional Sentences Type I / Future Conditional Sentences  (If = jika)

 If + S + V1 , S + Will + V1

example :
if it rain tonight, we will stay at home

If + Will + V1 + If + S + V1

example :
I will buy a new house, if I have much money

2. Conditional Sentences Type II / Present conditional Sentences (If = seandainya)

IF + S + V2 , S + Would + V1

Example :
(+) If I had money ,  would treat you
(-) I don't have money, so I will not treat you

S + Would +V1 +If + S +V2

Example :
I would buy a new house if I had money

 
3. Conditional Sentences Type III / Past Conditional Sentences (If = seandainya)

IF + S +had + V3 + , S + Would have +V3

Example:
(+) If you had come to my house last night, yiu would have met my family
(-) you didn't come to my house last night so you didn't meet my family
